How to promote YOU and your business organically. My ten tips.

This week’s questions comes from Brian. How do YOU, Ashlee, promote your nonprofit?

I honestly believe that promotion is an ongoing activity. It never really stops, it just shifts forms depending on your situation and your circustance. Let me know if you agree or disagree with this in the comments down below.

Here are my ten tips:

  1. Talk about it unabashedly
  2. OWN IT
  3. Consistency
  4. Long Game
  5. Network
  6. Partnerships
  7. WIFM- know your audience
  8. YOUR first event will be bad
  9. Share results
  10. Ask your board to like and share

So that’s it! There is nothing mind-blowing about this information but they are the keys to getting yourself out there and growing your something amazing! There is no way around it. You have to show up consistently, know your audience well and expect to be at it for quite sometime! The point is to keep making progress EVERYDAY!
