The Simple Strategy for women to build a personal brand AND curate the life you want WITHOUT losing your mind.

The Chaos Coordinator.

So many women, including myself, hold this title with pride.

It's a badge we've earned through juggling countless responsibilities without realizing how much we accomplish. Wrangling schedules, managing commitments, and balancing personal aspirations with family life can feel like an epic feat. But amidst the chaos, it's easy to wonder if we're selfish for pursuing our own dreams while prioritizing our loved ones.

However, I've realized that it's less about selfishness and more about intentionality.

That's why I'm excited to share one of my go-to strategies for managing it all: the Master List. This simple, reusable tool has been invaluable to me in accomplishing big personal and business goals while navigating the whirlwind of everyday life. The Master List has been a game-changer for boosting my productivity.

It keeps my most important priorities at the forefront, allowing me to focus on what truly matters.

Here's how you can create your own Master List:

  1. Start with Your K.U.D.O.S (Known Ultimate Destination of Success): This is your overarching goal or goals for your life and business. Think of it as your WHY. A few short sentences at the top of the page.

  2. Choose a Time Frame for Resetting Your Master List: I recommend a 12-week or 90-day period. This allows you to focus on specific goals with a RESET day every 6 weeks to intentionally realign with your vision.

  3. Identify Your Top Priorities for the Next 90 Days: These could be simple habits or larger projects, such as committing to daily walks or completing an online course.

  4. Define Your Areas of Focus: List all the areas you value, such as business, health, family, and relationships. Keep each section concise with 3-5 larger or important tasks/projects to complete.

  5. Reuse and Update Every 90 Days: During your RESET day/week, duplicate your Master List and adjust it based on new priorities or projects.

  6. The beauty of the Master List is its flexibility.

Some check it daily for reminders, while others use it primarily during RESETs. The key is to keep your biggest aspirations visible and prevent them from fading into the background of daily life.

Whether you keep it on your phone, in a notes app, or even print it out, make sure to glance at your Master List regularly.

It serves as a constant reminder of your intentions and goals for the next 90 days, ensuring you stay on track and focused on what truly matters. Incorporating the Master List into your routine can 10X your productivity while serving as a journal of your accomplishments along the way.

So embrace your inner Chaos Coordinator and unleash your productivity with the power of the Master List!
